This Agreement defines the terms of\u00a0use of\u00a0paid consultancy by\u00a0Users\/Customers. This service is\u00a0developed to\u00a0optimize \u0435\u0440\u0443 working time and opportunities.<\/p>\n
1. General conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n 1.1 The use of\u00a0materials and services from the Site is\u00a0regulated by\u00a0the current legislation of\u00a0the Republic of\u00a0Moldova.<\/p>\n 1.2 This Agreement is\u00a0a\u00a0public offer. By\u00a0sending a\u00a0request, the User\/Client is\u00a0considered to\u00a0have joined this Agreement.<\/p>\n 1.3 When the request for paid consultation is\u00a0sent, it\u00a0is\u00a0received by\u00a0our specialist consultant, who determines the complexity and time required to\u00a0solve a\u00a0specific task. Based on\u00a0this assessment, an\u00a0invoice will be\u00a0sent to\u00a0the User for payment.<\/p>\n 1.4. From the moment of\u00a0payment, the specialist consultant proceeds with the work and informs the User\/Client of\u00a0the acceptance of\u00a0the request and the estimated time needed.<\/p>\n 1.5. If\u00a0additional information is\u00a0required to\u00a0provide a\u00a0full answer to\u00a0questions, the Client\u00a0\/ User must provide it\u00a0upon request.<\/p>\n 1.6. The Website Administration has the right to\u00a0unilaterally change the terms and conditions of\u00a0this Agreement at\u00a0any time. Such changes come into force after\u00a03 (three) days from the moment of\u00a0placing the new version of\u00a0the Agreement on\u00a0the site. If\u00a0the User does not agree with the changes made, he\u00a0must stop accessing the Site, stop using materials and services of\u00a0the Site.<\/p>\n 2. User Obligations<\/strong><\/p>\n 2.1. The User agrees not to\u00a0take any actions that may be\u00a0considered as\u00a0violating the legislation of\u00a0the Republic of\u00a0Moldova or\u00a0international law, including in\u00a0the field of\u00a0intellectual property, copyrights and\/or related rights, as\u00a0well as\u00a0any actions that lead\u00a0to, or\u00a0may lead to\u00a0operational disorder of\u00a0the Website and services of\u00a0the Website.<\/p>\n 2.2. It\u00a0is\u00a0not allowed to\u00a0use the materials from the Site without the consent of\u00a0the right-holders. For the rightful use of\u00a0the Website materials it\u00a0is\u00a0necessary to\u00a0conclude license agreements (obtaining licenses) from the Rights Holders.<\/p>\n 2.3. To\u00a0pay for the consultancy services, according to\u00a0the issued invoice.<\/p>\n 2.4. Not to\u00a0ask vague questions or\u00a0provide information that is\u00a0distorted or\u00a0untrue.<\/p>\n 3. 3. Other conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n 3.1 All possible disputes arising from this Agreement or\u00a0related to\u00a0it\u00a0shall be\u00a0settled in\u00a0accordance with the legislation in\u00a0force of\u00a0the Republic of\u00a0Moldova<\/p>\n 4. Payment procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n We\u00a0have envisages several payment options.<\/p>\n Choose the most convenient for you:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n In\u00a0cash<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n The calculation and payment of\u00a0services is\u00a0made in\u00a0lei (MDL).<\/p>\n In\u00a0this case, you pay for the service at\u00a0the branch that provides you the service.<\/p>\n After payment, you will receive the payment slip.<\/p>\n By\u00a0transfer<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n If\u00a0you are a\u00a0legal entity, choose payment \u201cBy\u00a0transfer\u201d, when ordering a\u00a0service on\u00a0the website. You will indicate your company details in\u00a0the dedicated form. This data is\u00a0required for printing out the tax invoice. Returnarea are loc doar pe contul de card cu ajutorul c\u0103ruia s-a efectuat achitarea comenzii.
Compania nu \u00eencaseaz\u0103 penalit\u0103\u021bi pentru returnarea \u00een condi\u021biile descrise.<\/p>\r\n
