The dectrans.md website is operated by “Dectrans-Broker” SRL, IDNO 1006600006135, Chișinău, 126 Mitropolit Dosoftei St., office 49, e-mail office@dectrans.md. This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and explains how we use cookies, in accordance with Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that the website stores in your browser. They allow the website to work properly, remember certain choices and, with your consent, load third-party content.
3. Categories of cookies we use
a)Strictly necessary cookies. They make the website work, store the choices you make in the cookie banner and allow you to sign in to your user account. They do not require consent and cannot be switched off in the banner.
b)Marketing cookies and third-party content. The Google Maps map on the Contacts page is provided by Google and may place its own cookies. The map loads only after you give your consent in the banner. Until then, a notice is shown in its place.
c)Statistics cookies. The website does not currently use statistics or analytics tools such as Google Analytics. If we introduce them, they will be enabled only with your consent and this policy will be updated.
The website does not place optional cookies before you make a choice in the banner. The website font is loaded from Google Fonts servers, which receive the visitor’s IP address but do not place cookies.

5. How to manage your choices
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, refuse or choose categories of cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the top menu and at the bottom of the website. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the website works.
6. Third-party cookies
Cookies placed by Google through the Google Maps map are governed by Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Data may be transferred outside the Republic of Moldova under the conditions described in section 4 of our Privacy Policy.

8. Updates
We update this policy when the cookies we use or the legislation change. Date of last update: 31.10.2026.
